A Journey Through History and Heritage
Sri Adwayananda Public School students explore Delhi and Agra on an enriching study tour
From 12–14 September 2025, students of Grades 8–12 embarked on a three-day educational tour to Delhi and Agra as part of the school’s academic curriculum. The program was designed to give students a deeper understanding of India’s cultural and historical legacy by experiencing it first-hand. Highlights of the trip included the Rashtrapati Bhavan Amrit Udyan, the Red Fort, the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Raj Ghat, the Indira Gandhi Museum, Akshardham Temple, Sarojini Market, Lotus Temple, and Qutub Minar. Each visit brought the lessons of history, architecture, and tradition to life, while also offering moments of reflection and discovery.
The tour was more than just a series of site visits—it was an opportunity for students to step beyond the classroom and engage directly with the nation’s heritage. Alongside academic enrichment, the experience fostered teamwork, camaraderie, and a sense of pride in India’s cultural identity. This memorable journey will remain a milestone in their learning and growth.
